Listen to writers busking their work at locations around central Bristol.
A great way to sample the creations of your local writing community. Look out for the Book Busk posters in the area around Bristol harbourside where writers will be book busking i.e. reading from their work. Poets, novelists and children’s authors will be taking part. If you can throw a few coins in their hats it will be much appreciated. Writers will be giving away poems, pamphlets and extracts from their work. If you like what you hear you can also buy books in the usual way.
This event is sponsored by That Creative Thingy Wotsit, a Weston-super-Mare based creative collective.
